  • As the Saigon recovers from its interesting shakedown mission and then is sent to a neutral world to begin possible talks about the planet becoming a possible protectorate of the Federation. This species rarely opens is borders and Starfleet jumped on this oportunity, sending the Saigon and its crew there at high warp. As the crew is anxious to meet a mysterious and secluded people, therefore morale is high. But that excitemtnt is soon turned into cautiousness when a Romulan Norexan is hanging in low orbit around the planet.
