Chapter 2: Pull at the Threads
As the Saigon recovers from its interesting shakedown mission and then is sent to a neutral world to begin possible talks about the planet becoming a possible protectorate of the Federation. This species rarely opens is borders and Starfleet jumped on this oportunity, sending the Saigon and its crew there at high warp. As the crew is anxious to meet a mysterious and secluded people, therefore morale is high. But that excitemtnt is soon turned into cautiousness when a Romulan Norexan is hanging in low orbit around the planet.
What are the Romulans true purpose here? Was it all a trick to destroy the nearest Federation ship? Have the people on the plannet already pledged their alliance to the Romulan Empire? Join and find out!

Welcome to the USS Saigon a Norway class. The Norway's is classified as a Destroyer, with the capabilites to accomplish Scientific and Diplomatic missions. The Norway class is smaller but can sustain a high warp for longer than most ships. So if you like the way it sounds then come on in and join, we have multiple areas open for everyone.

Ok, so FINALLY we are finishing th mission. As soon as its over, we are going to have a full ship JP. That JP will be a dinner in the Holodeck that will be a ceremony for everyone on the Saigon that will be getting a promotion...so if you're getting a promotion, you'll find out during the ceremony!

Hello everyone. I am sending this News item to tell you that due to ceartin issues in Bravofleet, Admiral Felochelli has decided to move 21 to Exodus fleet. I have elected to join him. This will not impact the way the Saigon is run, but if anyone is bother by the notion of leaving Bravofleet, then you are free to leave the Saigon. I would like everyone to PM me with your views on this.
